Have you ever heard what dim sum is? I’m sure most of the Hong Kong people have heard and tried it before. Dim sum, also known as yumcha is one of the most popular and famous cuisines in Hong Kong, therefore, which is including shrimp dumplings (蝦餃), beef balls (牛肉球), egg custard buns (奶皇包), barbecued buns with pork (叉燒包) etc.

In the early, there were some of the employees pushing the trolley round and round in the restaurant, if there have your favor food you may make an order, then they will deliver the food for you. If you don’t want to waste time, you may go out and then look for what you want to eat. But nowadays, they had been changed the format by make an order on the list. You only need to choose the foods on the order sheet, and then waiting for your foods. It has more efficient.
