Wonton, also called wantan, wanton, or wuntun.
In China, there are many different countries have their own characteristic of making Wonton.
And in Hong Kong, most Wonton is making of fresh shrimps, pork, and ginger.
Also, Wonton is very stress on tasty soup to boil it.
In fact, there are lots of Cantonese noodle stores in Hong Kong.
However, only few of them are using shrimp eggs(蝦子) to produce a fantastic soup for Wonton Noodles, but the Sham Tsai Kee(深仔記) did it!
Sham Tsai Keeis located in Yau Ma Tei.
Is is famous for its Wonton and soup, also the noodles in this store is very tasty and refreshing.
There are no alkali water(鹼水) to produce their noodles, which is the main point of making Chinese noodles.
In addition, their congee products are very outstanding.
If you have a chance, you may have to eat a Wonton Noodles or its congee.
I promise, after you go there once, you would go there again.
