SPD3159 FOOD-Street side stalls in Hong Kong (香港街頭小食)

There are many street side stalls in Hong Kong, especially in Mong Kok. Street side stalls is a stall providing variety cooked snack including curry fishball, Siu-Mai(燒賣), sausage, squid ,smelly beancurd(臭豆腐)  etc.

Usually the price of these snack are cheap. Each of them cost around $6-$8.Most of the Hong Kong people cannot refuse the glamour of street snacks. Having street snacks become a living habit in their life.

Generally, the raw material of fishball ,siu-Mai is nearly the same .The main different of each stall is the sauce. Every street side stalls will have their own signature sauce; it makes customers addicted with their snack.

If you interest to try those of the feature street snack, I strongly recommend  南華美食  in Soy Street ,Mong Kok to you .The curry sauce of the fishball and squid are wonderful.Once you try the fishball in this stall, you cannot forget how taste of their signature sauce.

  1. Hey Kiki, I agree with you.
I really cannot refuse the fantastic taste of fishball by 南華美食.
Not only their nice sauce, also their fishball are cook in right time.
As I know, if fishball are over-cook, the texture of food will be affected.
That's why I becomes loyalty guest of this shop.
