We have introduced many Hong Kong foods already. All of them are very delicious, and famous. But those of the food you can found it in Hong Kong guide. This time, I am going to introduce some food which you may not found in and guide book --Chicken hot pot.
Chicken hot pot cannot be named as famous in Hong Kong. But it doesn’t mean it is not delicious.
Chicken hot pot is a pot which contain chicken and spice like onion ,coriander(芫茜),ginger ,chili etc. The way the mix with the ingredient is perfect. Of course, only this ingredient cannot mix such a good taste of the chicken hot pot. I believe they have their own secret to adjust the taste.
Chicken hot pot doesn’t like traditional hot pot, when it served on the table; the chicken is already place in the pot. When the soup in the pot is boiled, you can add more additional side dishes in the pot, like beef, vegetable, noodles. You can add everything whatever you like.

For me, I like to add noodles in to the pot. Because the sauce is the spirit of the chicken hot pot, after the noodles absorb the sauce of the chicken and spice, it becomes the most delicious food in the pot.
